• Shipping Time:  For all in-stock items Customers should expect a 1-5 business day delivery time within the continental USA. 1 to 3 days from Florida to Maine, Wisconsin, and Texas. 4 to 5 WA, CA, NV, NM, WY, ID, AZ, AK, and other similar areas.
• Most items are shipped direct from our physical inventory
• The majority of items are shipped via Federa Express and/or US mail.
• A few are drop-shipped from the manufacturer

Return Policy: 
First, call the manufacturer and ask for technical support.  They will make every effort to correct the problem, the manufacturer's we represent have very kind and competent technical support departments. 
All returned items purchased within 30 (thirty) days may be eligible for refund, less 15% of the original purchase price excluding shipping. 
Returned items must be complete and in resalable condition, with the original packaging.  Your refund may be reduced if anything appears worn, has notes written on it, or is missing. 
An RMA is required, to return any item. The RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number must be written on the shipping label, or the package will be refused. 
Once a return is authorized by our return department you should:
Return the item to the address given to you by our return department
Write the Return Authorization Number clearly on the box or package
Packages with an RMA number on the outside will be refused.
Keep your shipping records for proof of shipment in the event of loss of returned merchandise. Returns shipped via U.S. Postal Service (U.S.P.S.) or with a value of over $100.00 should be insured.  We do not recommend return shipping via USPS, as we find them unreliable and unhelpful.
For your protection, we film the process of unpacking returned items.

Non-Returnable items:
The following items cannot be returned:
Software programs that have been registered, and/or all software upgrades.
Machines that specifically state:  Custom Order or Not Exchangable, such as mechanical clocks or custom made die-plates, special order ribbons, etc. 
Scratched marred, or otherwise damaged equipment. 
Damaged Shipments Take photographs then e-mail them to us at  timesource@hotmail.com
Shipments damaged in transit must be claimed with the freight carrier
Be sure to note all damages on the freight bill.
If the carrier left before you discovered the damage, call the freight carrier to return and inspect the damage and file a claim.

Limitation of Liability

• Use your best judgement. You are the purchaser, you are responsible for the ultimate result and/or consequences of the equipment you purchase and install from timeclockoutlet.com. You are expected to have researched your purchase and made your best decision based not only on information provided here, but also from competing websites and bricks and mortar resellers.
• timeclockoutlet.com shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if www.timeclockoutlet.com has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Typographical Errors

In the event that a www.timeclockoutlet.com product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, www.timeclockoutlet.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.

• If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, timeclockoutlet shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price
