• While you are covered under the support plan, you will have access to the latest versions of your software when they become available
• These versions upgrades are normally chargeable items which you will receive free while under the support plan.

• If you have any questions with the operation or support of your system, you will have unlimited access to a trained factory support representative via our toll-free telephone support number
• If you are not covered by the support plan, these calls are billed at $75.00 on a per incident basis
