How to Reset a HandPunch Time Clock (Cold Boot Procedure)
How to Reset a HandPunch Time Clock (Cold Boot)
Before You Start
A cold boot reset can clear many problems with HandPunch biometric employee time clocks. This procedure will reset the machine but will not change modem or network settings. Use the barrel key marked 601 to open the machine. You can tip the clock forward while it is on the wall hinge, but it may be easier to remove it and place it on a desk.
